Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies arrested a Palmdale man allegedly possessing plastic bags of cocaine and a large amount of cash, according to station officials.
Here’s more of the story from the station’s social media:
“Our Special Assignment Team (SAT) deputies have been hitting the streets targeting areas where concerns have been relayed about illegal drug activity.
“On Friday, April 19, SAT deputies were patrolling in Newhall when they made contact with a male adult who was found to be in possession of cocaine baggies and a large amount of U.S. currency.
“Deputies arrested Terry Dixon, 36, of Palmdale, on felony charges of narcotics sales. Dixon was transported and booked at Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“The efforts of our SAT team deputies continues, in addition to our regular patrol units. If you know of any illegal drug activity in your neighborhood, let us know.
