Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives responded Thursday evening to the 19000 block of Pleasantdale Street in Canyon County to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a male adult and a female adult.
The individuals were found deceased on Thursday, May 5, at approximately 6:15 p.m.
When homicide detectives arrived, they learned that Santa Clarita deputies responded to the location to check on the welfare of the residents. The informant in the call stated they had not seen the residents of the home for several weeks and there was a strong odor emitting from the home.
Once deputies arrived on scene, they checked the location and discovered a male adult and a female adult inside the home. Both individuals were deceased and in the advanced stages of decomposition.
It is believed that both individuals reside at that residence. Detectives are following up on how and when each of the victims died. No foul play is suspected at this time.
An autopsy will be conducted on both victims and the exact cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
There is no further information at this time.

Right down the street, from where i live. Crazy
Maybe the caretaker spouse passed from a heart attack or something and the other spouse was unable to get help and passed from no food or water.
Awful.
