Eternal Valley Memorial Park, a local Dignity Memorial provider, announced the addition of two new Family Service Counselors, Liam Waters and Joseph Aloisi Jr., who will work closely with families to provide compassionate and professional guidance. The two professionals will counsel families making final arrangements and help those considering preplanning understand the ways that planning in advance can relieve the burden of decision-making for family and friends during a difficult, emotional time.
“We are delighted to welcome both Mr. Waters and Mr. Aloisi, and are confident that their knowledge and empathy will make an important contribution to the families we serve,” said Curtis Woods, II, general manager of Eternal Valley Memorial Park. “The expansion of our professional staff is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering superior service and support whether families are preplanning or making final arrangements during what is already a difficult time.”
Mr. Waters joined Eternal Valley because of its important role in the area’s history and strong ties to Santa Clarita, the city where he was raised and is currently raising his own family. Prior to Eternal Valley, Mr. Waters worked with DirectTV as a broadcast operator. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from California State University, Long Beach.
Mr. Aloisi is dedicated to counseling families, providing options, and helping them plan so that each individual’s celebration of life is a unique and cherished experience. Most recently, he worked as a sales director for Spartan Beverages. Prior to that, he was a sales and warranty manager at Pacific Lift & Equipment Co. Mr. Aloisi is completing his bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
