Authorization sought to amend a law enforcement services agreement with the Southern California Regional Rail Authority for a total contract not to exceed $27,600,000. (Item 53)

The Claims Board recommends a $1,750,000 settlement for a wrongful death lawsuit alleging excessive force by Sheriff ‘s Deputies during an attempted apprehension. (Item 55)
