Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chelsea Rose Vannoy, a 23 year-old female White who was last seen at the 25000 block of Langston Street, Valenica at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017.
Ms Vannoy, is described as 5’01, 110 lbs., and has shoulder length curly brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses.
Ms. Vannoy was last seen wearing black sweat pants and a black top.
The missing woman is believed to be in the Sunland area. Her family is very concerned and is asking for the public’s assistance in her safe return.
