Mary Joann Lyles
[KHTS] – Sheriff’s Department officials are asking Santa Clarita residents for help in locating a missing woman from Tulare County, whose car was found in Sand Canyon, according to a nixle sent out on Tuesday.
Mary Joann Lyles was reported missing by her family on Wednesday, March 25, according to a nixle. Her family stated she drove away from her home on Sunday, March 22, without her cell phone or bank card.
Mary’s vehicle, a white, 1998 Ford Windstar Van was found abandoned by the California Highway Patrol on the 14 Freeway near Sand Canyon Road on Tuesday, March 26, according to a nixle. They are concerned because she is diabetic and might not have her medication with her.
Mary is described as a 49 year old white female, 5’ 2” tall, 328 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes, according to a nixle.
