The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works has announced the re-opening of the following roads in the Angeles National Forest that were closed on Saturday, March 17, 2012, due to snow and icy conditions:
* Angeles Forest Highway from Aliso Canyon Road to Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road
* Upper Big Tujunga Canyon Road from Angeles Forest Highway to SR-2 (Angeles Crest Highway)
The roads will reopen today, Monday, March 19, by 5 p.m.
Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling all mountain roads during the winter as icy conditions may be present.
