Vines Restaurant & Bar

Vines Restaurant and Bar, located inside Hyatt Regency Valencia, has an award winning menu capturing the essence of the season, influenced by California cuisine created by our Executive Chef Rolf Rothen.  Sip on your favorite cocktail during “The Best Happy Hour in Town” daily from 4pm-7pm with filling appetizers for only $6.  Relax on our romantic fireplace patio or in the warm ambience of our restaurant.  Call 661-678-4044 for a reservation.

New Moon

New Moon has been named the “Best Chinese Food in Los Angeles by LA Hot List”.   The extensive menu features a finely balanced fusion of traditional Asian flavors updated and re-imagined for contemporary tastes. Third generation restaurateur Colin Tom has taken the best of his family’s recipes, brought them up to date and expanded the scope of his menu using an excellent blend of seasonal ingredients. Noteworthy are the signature Chinese Chicken salad which was invented at the New Moon some 45 years ago, Chloe Shrimp, a spectacular combination of crunchy shrimp coated with a slightly sweet and pungent sauce and a hint of garlic, and Chef Pung’s Cantonese style steamed fish which is finished with a sauce infused with fresh aromatic herbs. An impressive wine list and an extensive selection of imported beer nicely complement the food. Our Valencia location has a private area used for hosting private parties and business meetings. When all the elements come together in the right balance, something special happens.

Our Old Fashion Custard is a smooth, creamy delight. Top with sprinkles, hot fudge, caramel, or any Mix-in! Two great locations in the Santa Clarita Valley.
