The rainy morning commute has caused two separate collisions near the Newhall Avenue exit and northbound Highway 14.
Fire officials received a call around 7:45 a.m. regarding a silver vehicle that went over the side and hit the guardrail and another vehicle that rolled over, according to Marvin Lim, spokesman for the L.A. County Fire Department.
“The call came in as a traffic collision and one person trapped,” said Lim.
The driver was able to get out of the vehicle, and was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, according to fire officials.
