Hart looks to be on a collision course with Valencia for the final match of the season at Hart High School. With just one loss, all the Indians need to do is take care of business in their next two matches to set up the championship match (for all intents and purposes). Tonight they take on struggling Saugus on the road.
It hasn’t been a great start to the year in sports for any Canyon High School teams. Not only is the football team winless in the Foothill League, but the girls volleyball team is still searching for its first victory of the season as well.
They have three more matches to get off the snide, and face a stern home test this evening against the West Ranch Wildcats, who are fighting for a wild card playoff berth.
Speaking of definitive matches for league crowns, the Heritage League will come down to a crosstown rivalry between two top ten Division 5AA schools.
