Local artist Chrystal Walker presents a one-woman show at FastFrame Valencia, located at 24204 Valencia Blvd., during September. A wine and hors d’oeuvres reception will be held on Friday, Sept. 1, 1:30-4 pm. The public is invited.

This show will feature artworks created through various printmaking techniques. Artworks will be displayed with detailed explanations of techniques. A demonstration in mono printmaking will take place during the reception. Walker became enthralled with the printmaking process while furthering her education at College of the Canyons. The tactile experience with carving, etching and crafting “one of-a-kind prints” is exhilarating to experience.

Walker will be doing another printmaking demonstration in the evening starting at 7pm at TPC Valencia, 26550 Heritage View Lane, Valencia, CA 91381. The public is welcomed.

Walker’s work has been exhibited at The SCAA Gallery of Santa Clarita, C.O.C. Gallery, The Whole 9 Gallery in Culver City, Meridian Gallery, San Francisco, CA, Max Long Gallery, NY , The Hive Gallery and Studios DTLA, Cactus Gallery in Eagle Rock, CA, and Cannibal Flower Shows.
