A serial bank robber suspect known as the “Seasoned Bandit” — who is suspected of robbing several Santa Clarita Valley banks — was arrested in Ventura Monday night, authorities confirmed.
James Allen Hayes, 55, was charged for allegedly committing 10 bank robberies and one attempted bank robbery in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Counties between April 27, 2017 and Sept. 26, 2017, according to an FBI affidavit obtained by KHTS.

I kinda didn’t want him to get caught LOL. This whole story has been straight comedy. I mean with all the technology present in 2017 a simple note of “Give me the cash ” still works LOL.
He is out on bail. Which I find odd that he was even able to post a bond for so many counts of robbery across multiple counties. Hayes had previously been a security guard at Dial Security and was licensed to carry a firearm. Jimmy had also been live in manager, after he sold the apt complex about a year and a half ago, at a complex in downtown Ventura that recently had caught on fire then subsequently red tagged. Due to the age of the building and the need for it to be brought up to current building codes. Hayes won the lottery twice in Florida totalling over 16 million dollars but he was ripped off by his accountant. Florida laws tend to protect accountants in nearly every case even if they are fraudulent which in turn left Hayes broke and a need to maintain a lifestyle him and his wife had grown accustomed to. I’ve known Jim for years and had no idea that he was up to anything as extreme as bank robbery. Though had I seen the photos of the robberies I would have recognized him immediately and he was using his own car, idiot!!! He is a meth, heroin, and opioid prescription pill addict who had become desperate to get back to the financial security that he had been robbed of only recently himself

Great to be white? He was released to “federal custody” because the FBI handles the investigation. They handle bank robberies. You’re welcome
