To kick-start its celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the revival of TMU Theatre Arts, the school is bringing back a favorite.
First performed by TMU in March of 2011, this wonderfully heartwarming story by Joe DiPietro is sure to delight audiences of all ages. Nick visits his grandparents in Hoboken, NJ every Sunday for dinner. But to what lengths will his grandparents go to keep him from moving to Seattle?
As they plan blind dates and try to lure him with never-ending, mouthwatering meals, Nick has to evaluate what is really important in life and learn to count the cost of his decisions.
We can promise gut-wrenching laughter along with a story that pulls on your heartstrings. It will call each member of the audience to consider life and family along with Nick, as he sees things from a different perspective than he originally intended.
