The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will intermittently close one along the east- and westbound I-210 between the Dunsmore Avenue undercrossing and North Los Robles Avenue overcrossing starting Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29, each night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Scheduled closures are subject to change and/or cancellation.
May 26 through May 29
Eastbound I-210
· Arroyo Boulevard to Lincoln Avenue/Howard Street undercrossing – Saw cutting the median barrier, setting k-rail.
May 28 through May 29
Westbound I-210
· Lincoln Avenue/Howard Street undercrossing to Dunsmore Avenue undercrossing – Saw cutting the median barrier, setting k-rail.
These nighttime closures are required to provide a safe work zone for construction crews to prepare the median barrier for removal.
The contractor for this $148.5 M project is Flatiron West, Inc., Santa Fe Springs, California. Local businesses, motorists and residents may experience traffic delays, noise and vibrations from construction activities. Construction signs and changeable message signs will be in place. Motorists should anticipate delays, plan ahead and use alternate routes. Caltrans appreciates your patience while we work to improve Interstate 210.
