Seriously.
Way too many people ?
Hmmmmmmm
If you can even afford to live here. I grew up here and now am struggling to find an apartment that isn’t astronomically expensive. Just because the rent goes up doesn’t mean our paychecks do!!
Hell ya with all those drugs and god… what else could you ask for
It’s definitely not like it used be!!!
I was born and raised there but had to leave after we retired. Way too expensive!
Vanessa De La Cruz

Of curse if you rich and make more than 25 by hr
Ssshhh, don’t tell anyone else ?

Just wait till the landfill get approval to make it the busiest in the nation. I can’t imagine the hundreds of additional smelly trash trucks coming up the 5 will have any negative impact on the valleys happiness.
Lol look Steve Hart
Are you happy? Bradley Meyer. Melinda Meyer Villavicencio
Not!!!
Whoever took the survey obviously didn’t drive
It ranked 12th….
You guys are so. Lucky, but you can have the traffic.
It used to be a lot better when it had that nice small town feel. For me it all started coming to an end when the mall went in and all the nice mom and pop stores were pushed out. Traffic is up , crime is through the roof but the news reports its down. they need to stop building ,but I don’t see it happening. Give it 30 more years and it will be just like San Fernando valley.
Bought here in 66, raised 3 kids, they got a good education, went on to college. 50 yrs later, in the same house(paid 23,500) retired, built 600k) equity in a caring neighborhood and lucky to be here, happy, healthy and safe.
It is better than some places in Los Angeles, and I like that the property value keeps going up. The constant construction of new homes without the infrastructure to support it, may change this at some point. The aggressive drivers in the big 4×4″s trying to run you off the road, because you are trying to stick to the 45 to 55 mph on most roads, makes it very hard to be happy!

That moment you realize people complaining about scv being too populated or having crime/drug are the same people that moved here from the valley. Please feel free to go back at anytime. Unless you have lived here for 10+ years please stfu about scv…you don’t know squat.
Wtf bs I just saw something about how it is unsafe and one of the most expensive and I know a lot of people out here who aren’t happy
With the increasing drug rate? With the city pretty much being divided up by social classes? The racism that is still very much alive in this city? This is such a manipulated, cookie-cut, synthetic excuse for a “happy” place to live. Made for the rich, by the rich.
