I have been following this story closely. I live in the neighborhood where these “bombs” have been being set off. And on the record, these explosives have gone off consistantly, even after Mr. Sumner was charged, booked and then yes, even bailed out of jail the very day he was arrested. I am sick to my very core.He seems to have no consequence for his actions, and will continue to terrorize our quaint neighborhood where at least I have felt safe for many, many years. Why was his bail only $50,000.00? for explosives and unbeknownst other felony counts??? I ask you, please neighbors, let us remove this criminal from our neighborhood! we have paid enough money for our homes and our paseos to be a safe place for ourselves, children and pets. Why live in fear of this lunatic? And come Santa Clarita Sheriff dept. emplore you and the system to get this guy off the streets and put him behind bars where he belongs once and for all!
With all due respect Mr Sumner took me to Oceanside where we have proof, so whomever s doing this at this point was not Mr Sumner and you need to pay attention to whom you accuse and accuse justly! Just because someone had a past does not make them an unchanged person, his expieriments were merely childs play and did not damage and were not meant to harm anyone! Yes the middle of the night is rediculous, but he works night shift so he is unwinding after work, yes bad call on the time, I can assure you that he is no criminal and you are wrong to accuse him of further maliciousness! Because he made a mistake does not mean he is still doing it get your facts straight! Unbelievable and at this point you have brought on a case of slander! Are you honestly trying to ruin someones life? He wasnt even in the neighborhood, so I know you didnt see him. And shame on you the police knocking at his door and scaring his elderly mother, when he wasnt even home! Nice shame on you get your facts straight! Why would anyone get released from jail and blow off more bombs, now your making things up! Absolutely rediculous and ludicris! You are obviously someone who has nothing better to do! I will pray for you!!!

With regard to comment 1: In the United States we spend dollars not pesos. Also in the United States because someone is arrested does not make them guilty in fact that person is innocent until proven guilty! Also because a person has an inventive and creative mind, that doesn’t make them a lunatic. Mr Sumner is probably smarter than you and I combined! To try and destroy a man who moved in to take care of his elderly mother who broke her hip and create havic with the entire neighborhood is a shame! To be guided by your fear and not knowing someone and your judgement against another you do not know, not good! I have had plenty of neighbors do the loudest craziest things in the middle of the night and not once have I never been able to go over the next day talk it out or ask them to stop and it always worked without having police involvement! It’s called thou shall love thy neighbor, Bible 101. Instead of being a part of the solution, you are creating more problems, you have judged, accused, and now pulling all punches to slander someone you don’t even know, however Im happy to say these issues can also be dealt with legally! Still praying for you!!!

for the record…they are called “PA-SE-OS” NOT PESOS…O YOUR HOMEWORK miss all knowing. jeez~
In the United States of America a person is innocent until proven guilty! And even sometimes the not guilty are wrongly sentenced! Because a person is on a different schedule being your nights are their days, and they have an inventive, and creative mind does not make them a lunatic! Mr Sumner moved into your neighborhood to help his 85 year old mother who fell and broke her hip! That in it’s self speaks volumes about his heart! Just Sayin!
update please?
TO SET THE RECORD STRAIT, IT WAS DAYS FROM THE 4TH OF JULY, THAT MAY HAVE EVERY THING TO DO WITH WHY YOU THOUGHT YOU HEARD SO MANY “BOMBS” GOING OFF. NEVER DID YOU HEAR ONE AFTER I BAILED OUT. I SHOULD KNOW,
