Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Do I have to reserve my tickets online?
A:  Yes, all tickets must be reserved through Eventbrite. Eventbrite allows you to print tickets at home or scan your Mobile device at the door. You are welcome to come to the RLC Valencia Campus during one of our Weekend Services and someone will help you reserve your tickets via Guest Services located at the Lower Level. If you, or someone in your party requests handicap accessible seating, please call our office at 661-775-7401.

If you do not have a Printer at home, you can pick up your tickets at our Will Call booth on the day of your scheduled show located in the Lobby on the Lower Level or use the Eventbrite app which will include a mobile e-ticket.

Q:  Is there a Limit to the number of Tickets I can purchase?
A:  We encourage Group Ticket reservations, so you can invite families, neighbors, school groups, etc.; however, we have established a limit of no more than 20 Tickets per individual/per show for this event. Tickets reservations are first-come, first-served. Please reserve tickets early in order to guarantee seats.

Q:  Like the ‘Halloween on Route 66’ event, will there be special ‘Off-Site’ Parking?
A:  No, there will be ample parking available on the RLC Valencia campus for all shows.

Q:  Will there be Childcare available?
A:  Yes, there will be childcare provided for age ranges Nursery- 5th grade. You must reserve a ticket for your child when reserving your tickets. Please select the ticket type for the proper age group of your child.

Q:  Who do I contact if I have problems with the Online Ticketing process?
A:  While safeguards are in place to make this process easy, intuitive and safe, there is always the possibility of a technology compatibility issue that may negatively impact its service.  Should that occur, we invite you to contact us at (661) 775-7401 to help trouble-shoot your issue.  You can also email in to info@reallifechurch.org. If you do not have a Printer at home, we ask that you come to our Will Call booth located in the Lobby of the Lower Level.

Q: What do I do if I have someone in my party needs an aisle seat who is not necessarily handicap, but the system did not give us an isle seat?
A: The Eventbrite system does not allow anyone to select specific seating. If someone in your party needs specific seating please call our office at 661-775-7401 and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Q: What do I do if I do not want to sit as close to the stage as the ticketing system gave me tickets for?
A: If you would like to change your seats, you can cancel your order and resubmit your request. The Eventbrite system does not allow anyone to select specific seating but by resubmitting your request it will give you best available seating at that very moment. If you have further questions or would like assistant, please call our office at 661-775-7401.
