good, two less threats on the streets
Why does the woman get a lesser sentence? Unless there is something left out in the article (this isn’t the signal, so I doubt that) this looks like blatant sexism. Where are the equal consequences?
Not our story, so we don’t know exactly, but from the story, they certainly aren’t equal crimes. At least our criminal justice system doesn’t see them as equal crimes. The guy did the stabbing.

Sandra esa era tu prima?
Are they illegals. Americans need to know that. Believe me if a republican says anything about illegals the media sure lets the people know he’s a republican! Well? Illegal?
LOL!! Don’t know what you’re reading, but we can’t remember a time the Sheriff or DA included party affiliation in a routine daily crime report! You should ask them to do so (party affiliation, that is). Let us know what they say!
Wow really shirley? You racist bi**h!!
Shirley Vercelli, in person you act like a totally different person, I am seriously surprised how you freely post up hateful comments targeting Mexicans. In person you claim to be a loyal loving Christian who judges nobody. You are what’s wrong with the world and our community Santa Clarita doesn’t need people like you here spreading hate.
Lets guess. She got 7, he got 19.
I like how much the punishment diminished when she was sentenced, even though she is just as guilty as he is.
Maybe he had priors.
That, ill accept.
According to the story, he did the stabbing and she didn’t. Not the same crime.
Umm maybe because he stabbed someone.
Good.good.
Great Job DA
When they refuse to follow a judgment made in a civilized court room. Instead refuse to obey court decision or refuse to comply with court ruling while also refusing to make corrections to their internal records when that court decision was not entered properly into their personnel files since it did not agree with their own personal opinion so court judgment was null and void in their opinion since DSUSD has their own personal court system that does not obey rulings or refuse to comply with decisions made in a California State Court by a highly qualified Judge that oversees such matters.

Thankfully when exposed to normal people that were not sadistic or not taking every opportunity to make life miserable with their abusive behavior, then was not exposed to this type of treatment ever again.
