The Valley Industry Association is pleased to host Bill Bellows as keynote speaker for the November luncheon meeting.
Bellows will share how businesses might awaken employees to experience the difference and become part of an overall learning system.
Bellows recently joined The W. Edwards Deming Institute (www.deming.org) as deputy director, following 26 years as associate fellow at Aerojet Rocketdyne.
Think about a professional baseball team. As the game plays out, the position of any player on the field depends on the position of every other player. That’s an example of business-as-unusual where extreme flexibility and great relationships exist that work together to achieve mutual goals.
In a business-as-unusual model, no one is a spectator to the process. Join us to learn more!
Event is by reservation only and payments must be made on or before the date.
Please RSVP no later than Thursday, November 10 to the VIA Office (661) 294-8088 or through the VIA Website.
