Golden Oak Adult School will begin a new series of classes in drawing, beginning Feb. 28.
Instructor Artist Olga Kaczmar will include lessons in quick marker sketches of florals, leaves, trees, dogs, horses, and cartoon faces. This will be followed by still life drawings including shading techniques and classroom discussion will include lines, building shapes, value, form, light and shadow, composition and contour versus gradation.
The art sessions will held on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and can be purchased for $36 for each session.
A second set of classes will begin April 11, 6-8 pm, and run through May 2.
