The SBDC and Small Business Majority are holding a free seminar to help local small business owners and self-employed entrepreneurs learn what the new healthcare law, the Affordable Care Act, means for small business. Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors & Managers

This two hour course is designed to meet all AB1825 training requirements and will include: Definition of Sexual Harassment; Harassment, Discrimination & Retaliation Law; Prohibited Conduct; Remedies; Strategies to Prevent Harassment; Practical Examples; Limited Confidentiality; Resources; Effective Investigation; Other Forms of Harassment. Participants will be provided a Certificate of Completion. The instructor is human resource professional with over 20 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources.
