On Saturday, September 6, 2014 at approximately 9:30pm Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies saw a man riding a bicycle in the area of the 18900 block of Soledad Canyon Road. As the man rode from a dark alley the deputies attempted to detain him. The man failed to stop and rode away on the bicycle. As the man fled, he discarded the bicycle he was riding along with a black backpack he was seen carrying.
Deputies recovered the bicycle and the backpack. A short time later, deputies were able to detain the man. The man, identified as Jeremy Bissonette, a 32-year-old male from Canyon Country was arrested after an investigation for possession of methamphetamine and possession of burglary tools. Mr. Bissonette was also found to be in possession of a female’s credit card.
Mr. Bissonette was booked at Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
As Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station detectives continue this investigation, they are now attempting to locate the owner of the bicycle Mr. Bissonette was riding and later discarded (SEE ATTCHED PHOTOS).
The bicycle is described as a “Werner,” however the model name is unknown. This is a men’s bicycle that appears to have 18 speeds and is black in color.

Feel the love and compassion Dan Aird? Help, not judge.
I am helping by shedding light on the situation. The “Judge” can incarcerate them so they can get the help they so desperately need.
Isn’t it just an assumption that the bike is stolen goods at the moment?
Some people even use their own owned clothes while thieving, ain’t it a strange world?
Love and compassion Hmmmmm I’ll think about that the second time one of those wash junkies tries to rob me a second time. The first time it didn’t go so well because I was about to beat them and they ran.
