Actually in all its more then 3 years but still not enough and to find only 90 days for that assault count is ridiculous they give more time to people with traffic tickets. Oh and the more then 3 years will most likely be like a month in jail because of Jerry Brown making this a non violent offender. Which should be considered violent but thanks yo again Jerry Brown this is not a violent crime
Brown doesn’t decide what is a non-violent offense; the legislature does. The sentence was decided by a judge.
