SBDC Workshop: How to Start a Successful Business

The Small Business Development Center at College of the Canyons will conduct a workshop Wednesday, Aug. 24, for individuals interested in launching a new business.

The hands-on workshop will show participants how to get started quickly and learn the steps necessary to succeed.

Instruction includes preparing a written plan to build a profitable business as you identify and focus on the key marketing, sale and financial issues of your business and how to bring it all together.

This powerful event has helped many entrepreneurs achieve success.

 

Date: Wednesday, August 24

Time: 9:00am – 11:00am

Cost: $30 + $2 parking fee

Location: COC University Center, Room 222

(Parking kiosk located in lot 14, machine takes $1 bills and quarters only.)

 

The Small Business Development Center is funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, College of the Canyons, & local corporate & municipal partners. Funding is not an endorsement of any product, opinion, or service. All programs receiving Federal & State funding are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
