  1. So sad. He shouldn’t have been driving like a fool if he has a baby at home.

    • Your comments are unnecessary. Unless you’re going to lift someone up keep your thoughts to yourself.

    • First time on social media?!

    • I’m a human with a heart that has empathy before I’m an arrogant person on social media that feels the need to express my opinion. Especially when this opinion will not change the outcome of this tragedy.

    • Hey girls, I do have a heart, and I feel for everyone that has lost someone, especially from car accidents, because it happens way too often in this valley. I have grown up in Santa Clarita and have lost many friends this way (unfortunately, we all have), the first one was when I was in high school! My comment is directed at the point that if you decide you’re responsible enough to have a child, then where is your responsible decision-making ability when it comes to being behind the wheel?! I am in no way unsympathetic to his tragedy, or to his grieving loved ones, hindsight is always 20/20, and agreed that no amount of ranting and raving on social media is going to change the outcome, but if we choose to care for another life, then we need to take extra care in caring for our own.

    • One day his daughter will read this comment and for the sake of my sister and my niece I ask you to delete this.

    • You are very disrespectful you have no idea what the family is going through. You only have to be driving to be in a car accident. I hope One day the same thing doesn’t happen to u and someone as ignorant as you post something like this. Learn to think before you speak or write in this case

    • Danielle Gagliano-LeMeur Rylan is lucky to have an auntie with such grace

    • Kris Doyle says:

Wow Seika, how heartless are you? Unbelievable

    • You should absolutely be embarrassed….

    • It’s reality! Horrible as this tragedy is someone who is a parent no longer just has themselves to be responsible for .. This is a horrible horrible outcome to a very preventable situation

    • It’s so sad to see so many people comment their opinions about this situation. If you want to voice your opinion, say it to your friends and family. I don’t know anyone involved in this tragedy but I know that I come from a great city that is currently experiencing grief from deaths of two people that clearly had a positive impact on people’s lives. There is a time and place to express opinions about prevention and decision making but making these comments on a post about raising money for a little girl who will never know her daddy is not the place. Are we so succumbed to the virtual world and posting our “righteous” opinions that we forget what it’s like to have empathy for people going through a hard time and just stay quiet and provide as much support we can for people experiencing pain? You’re posting KNOWING theses two men’s friends and family will come across and read what you’re saying- would you say this to them in person right now? If you saw them in their mental state of shock and despair and complete emptiness, I’d pray to would not have the heart to say this. You may be behind a computer screen but please do not forget we are human beings and this situation though it may not directly effect you, is very very real and what you are doing is putting salt on a wound- it’s just unnecessary. We have something special in Santa Clarita, though we’re a growing city we’ve managed to maintain a small town feel. Please don’t forget the support this family needs, you never know if you’ll see them around town one day. Don’t be a person that adds to their pain, choose your words wisely and lift people up- that’s what we as a community should be doing and that’s the message we should be sending about who we are.

    • Shirley Lysse says:

omg, I am sorry…but i agree with you.

  2. So disrespectful that you would comment something so insensitive like that when I can’t imagine what his family and friends are going through during this time.

  3. Brian Gonzalez do you know them?? So sad

  4. Kris Doyle says:

Prayers to the family, so sad, I’m so sorry. ?

  5. Laura Hertz says:

So sad. My prayers are with your family.

  6. This is why drinking and driving is not joke. We have uber and lyft guys! A few bucks could of spared 2 lives ☹️
Or speeding to get somewhere a min or 2 faster?
Or texting and driving or snap chatting… People can wait to hear from you in 10 min.

Good luck to the family’s. My best wishes go to them. Sorry for your loss. Sad to see more kids my age go. I’ve done some stupid things. We all do/have its just who’s lucky enough to get out of them alive. ?

  7. Very sad indeed. They raised all the money in one day. That’s amazing! God bless all the grieving loved ones?

  8. Andria Pratt says:

Everyone on this post arguing needs a kick in the a—- you are ALL shameful .being negative argumentive, judgemental a holes

  9. Shirley Lysse says:

It is extremely sad. But they were adults and should have known better. RIP and prayers to the family.
