08/13/16

Vehicle Burglary – Pine St. / Market St.; Person(s) unknown shattered the victim’s passenger side window, and gained entry. Although nothing appeared to have been stolen, the victim discovered his glovebox open, and saw it had been rummaged through.

 

08/14/16

Grand Theft – 15th St. / Walnut St.; Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s locked vehicle (1992 Honda Accord, 4 door, white in color) while parked at the location.

 

08/15/16

Petty Theft – 24800 block Newhall Ave.; Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s secured bicycle by unknown means (“Electra” one speed, boy’s bicycle, black/red) from the bike rack located on school grounds.

 

08/16/16

Petty Theft – 23300 block Lyons Ave.; Person(s) stole the victim’s “iPhone 5S” from atop a counter at the location after the victim left without retrieving it. When the victim returned to the location, he discovered his cellular phone had been stolen. An employee at the location observed the suspect steal the victim’s phone.

 

08/19/16

Grand Theft – 23700 block Oak Circle; Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s locked vehicle (2016 Jeep Cherokee, 4 door, black in color) while parked at the location.

Grand Theft – 23700 block Lyons Ave.; The suspect was observed stealing keys from atop the tire well of a parked vehicle at the location. The suspect fled the location on a skateboard and was later located a short distance away. The suspect was detained and arrested by responding deputies. The suspect also appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was additionally charged.

 

08/20/16

Petty Theft – 23500 block Lyons Ave.; Person(s) unknown stole the victim’s mounted light bar from atop his vehicle (2015 Suburban, 4 door, silver in color) while parked at the location.

    I saw a homeless guy riding down Newhall Avenue with a bike fitting that description. Remember thinking that guy looks funny on a kids bike

  2. This happened at my apartments, of Newhall my neighbors car was stolen over the weekend too, but I don’t see the address on the link….be alert. These thefts are happening way too often ?
