[LASD] – The following is a snap shot of the Part-1 crimes reported this past week.
A Residential Burglary occurred on the 25700 block of Holiday Circle in Stevenson Ranch. Personal items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle, parked inside the garage.
Two thefts from unlocked vehicles were reported on the 27000 Block of The Old Road. Items such as lap-top computers, I-Pad, electronic games and clothing articles were stolen from the vehicles while the owners were inside local restaurants.
A Valencia resident was arrested when he attempted to steal golf equipment from a business in the 25500 block of The Old Road. He is being charged with commercial burglary. He probably didn’t think the cameras were on or that anyone was watching.
A Vehicle Burglary was reported on the 25200 block of The Old Road, where a lap-top was stolen after thieves pried the victim’s door lock.
Four Vehicle Burglaries were reported at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Lap-top computers, purses, electronic devices, luggage and other personal items were stolen. As is usually the case, most of the items were left in plain view.

This is alarming news. The authorities should do something about this mode of operation. Burglary cases seem to increase each year in that area which is disturbing. Security cameras and other equipment should be installed for better surveillance. – http://www.glenechogolf.com/
