Shouldn’t the “National Night Out” celebration be at night? Is this one of those live gigs on New York time? Is anyone worried about getting burgled while they bond with strangers on the other side of town. My neighbors are all aware of what goes on. They are curious to a fault. No fear. Eternal vigilance.
