The Santa Clarita WorkSource Center and America’s Job Center of California in Santa Clarita will host a Manufacturing Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 29 at the College of the Canyons University Center.

The Job Fair will take place on the first floor in the main lobby area.

Confirmed employers looking to fill entry, middle and upper level opportunities include: Bocchi Laboratories, Boston Scientific, Canyon Plastics, Dapro Rubber, Inc., Donaldson Company, Inc., HobbyTron/World Tech Toys, National Glass, Rotating Precision Mechanism, Inc. and Superior Group. Staffing firms, Aerotek and Exact Staff will also be at the Job Fair. Additional employers may be added.

Professional attire and resumes are highly recommended. For those interested, Santa Clarita’s America’s Job Center of California has resources available prior to the Job Fair, including a Rapid Resume Review workshop on Thursday, January 21 at 8:30 a.m. and a How to Prepare For an Interview workshop on Tuesday, January 26 at 8:30 a.m. Both of these workshops will take place at the Santa Clarita WorkSource Center/America’s Job Center of California.

The Manufacturing Job Fair is free and open to all members of the community and students. Interested attendees must pre-register by calling the WorkSource Center/America’s Job Center of California at (661) 799-WORK (9675).

Free parking is available in Lot 14 during the event in the ‘unmarked’ spaces and spaces marked ‘WorkSource Parking Only’ located directly in front of the University Center.
