I know Richie he is a great guy and loving father to a very sweetboy Austin, my nephew works with Richie and they have become really good friends. This was a terrible accident that should never had happened. What was told to me that he might never walk again. I love you Richie, I also want to put this out there for everyone. Rowland Air this is the company who Richie works for. I want to let everyone know what a GREAT company they are, they are making work accommodations if and when Richie returns to work, they have donated a lot of money to help support in the time of need and the Rowland family is playing santa for Austin and his Christmas wish list. Please everyone recognise the love felt at Rowland Air, on sierra hwy. Heart of gold and i wanted to make sure everyone knew that.
