Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Canyon Country East:

(1) Residential burglary/Grand Theft Auto (1) Shop Lifting (1) Residential Burglary.

There was a Residential Burglary reported near the 29600 block of Sand Canyon Road. In this incident the suspect smashed the front window to the home and entered.  The suspect tool tools from inside the location.

Another Residential Burglary was reported near the 18000 block of Sundowner Way.  In this incident the suspect broke into the victim’s detached garage and stole a 2003 Toyota Tacoma red in color.  This vehicle has not been recovered.

Two suspects entered the “Kohls” on Golden Valley Road and stole a GPS from inside the store.  The suspects are described as a male Hispanic and a female Hispanic.  The loss prevention officer at “Kohls” was unable to detain the suspects prior to them fleeing the area.
