Tip of the Week: Theft of Third Row Seats
There have been reports of third row removable seats being stolen from many different brands of SUVs nationwide. In most cases, the rear window of the vehicles had been pried open. An easy way to prevent such a crime is to simply lock the frame of your third row seat to the second row seat frame (which is not removable) with a simple bicycle chain or cable lock. You may also consider removing the seat and storing it in your garage when not in use.
