The detective investigating a credit card theft case in Santa Clarita has again asked for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect pictured in surveillance video.
As reported on May 24, the man is suspected of stealing personal items from a locker at the LA Fitness club in Centre Pointe on May 1.
The victim was working out at the gym when a crook got into his locker, stole his credit cards and then left and bought laptops with them.
The alleged credit card theft occurred on May 1 between 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the fitness club, located on the 26400 block of Golden Valley Road.
The suspect used credit cards at the Best Buy electronics store on Bouquet Canyon Road.
The suspect is described to be a white male, 45-50 years old, 5’11”, approx. 180 lbs., with a slight British accent.
