Santa Clarita Artists Association’s new show, Summer Breeze, will open on July 6, with a free reception, from 6:00 p.m – 9:00 p.m. The exhibit will run from July 6 to Aug. 26.

The public is invited to meet the artists; sample tasty hors d’oeuvres, wines and dessert; and view fabulous new art. Small artworks and well-made craft items will be displayed for sale along with our normal fine art wall pieces and sculptures.

CK Walker will provide the musical entertainment. Twenty local residents and members of SCAA will be exhibiting: Lisa Barr, Julianna Curtis, Kristi Falliaux, Mike Farrell, Laurie Finkelstein, Lynda Frautnik, Mardi Georgio, Zony Gordon, Meryl Goudey, Kevin Gross, Tony Hanna, Jeanne Iler, Olga Kaczmar, Cathy King, Cheri Marcovitch, Laurie Morgan, Freda Morrison, Peggy Patti, and Pat Thayer.

On selected days exhibiting artists will provide live demonstrations during the duration of the show.

SCAA Art Gallery is located at 22508 6th St. in Old Town Newhall, between Railroad and Main. The gallery is open: ‘Senses Thursday’ & all Fridays: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

SCAA is the only non-profit fine art association in Santa Clarita since 1989.
