Sway to live music, sip and eat under the sun and have a fun day, all for a great cause, while supporting the Spotlight Arts Center, a nonprofit arts education center for children and teens, and their Dancing with Our Stars team.

“Spotlight is excited for our first major event,” said Lisa West, Director of Spotlight Arts Center. “We are grateful for all the support we have received from the community and can’t wait to celebrate 6 years of service with our class sponsors, families and new community friends.”

SummerFest will be held on Sunday June 3, at Wolf Creek Brewery at 25108 Rye Canyon Loop, Valencia, CA 91355 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The day will have live entertainment all day long, that includes performances by bands TemperMental, Future X Husbands and Safe Rides, with intermittent music provided by Mixes with DJ TY. Also featured will be performances by fire dancers, Latin fusion dance, ukulele, hula, and hip hop dancers. There will also be plenty of free activities for children, tacos and craft beer available for purchase, (such as Wolf Creek’s special “Island Pick-Me-Up”), and an exciting silent auction featuring baskets from local Santa Clarita businesses.

Admission to SummerFest is $25 per adult and $15 per child, and tickets can be purchased by visiting the Facebook event page “Spotlight SummerFest” https://www.facebook.com/events/237170607029401/ or by visiting Pinot’s Palette Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am-3pm. Tickets will also be sold at the gate on the day of the event.

Every adult ticket purchased counts as one “vote” in the Dancing with Our Stars fundraiser and dancing contest featuring our SCV stars. A limited number of VIP sponsor passes also available. The event is expected to attract hundreds of attendees and is promising to be this summer’s most action packed summer fun extravaganza, hoping to raise thousands of dollars for Spotlight Arts Center.
