Express Employment Professionals will host the world-renowned Express Employment Professionals Clydesdales at the local Express office in Santa Clarita on Friday, Nov. 16, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The community is invited to attend this free event, where they will have the rare opportunity to meet the famous Express Clydesdales.

Guests will enjoy a free BBQ lunch from noon to 3 p.m. and have the opportunity to spend time
with these beautiful horses and to have their picture taken.

Of a rare black and white color, the Express Employment Professionals Clydesdales stand six feet at the shoulders and weigh more than 2,000 pounds each.

The Express Clydesdales have achieved a world-class reputation making nearly 200 appearances across North American each year, all the while doing good things in local communities as ambassadors on behalf of Express Employment Professionals.

In the spirit of raising money for charity, Express will offer some exciting raffle and auction prizes with the funds donated to Carousel Ranch, one of which is a chance to ride in the wagon during this year’s Hollywood Christmas Parade.

Express Employment Professionals franchise owner Yvonne Rockwell and her team could not be more excited to raise money and awareness for Carousel Ranch.

Over the past year, Rockwell has been working closely with Carousel Ranch and the Ready to Work! vocational training program, assisting by bringing students in to Express for interview experience as well as the employment on-boarding process and paperwork.

This has been an amazing real-life experience that is priceless for these young adults with special needs. In addition, Rockwell has given several students an opportunity for paid work within Express.

“Express Employment Professionals is on a mission to put a million people to work,” Rockwell said. “The work we are doing with Carousel Ranch has allowed us to be so much more inclusive, assisting in the employment process for those who may otherwise have barriers in the process. It takes the concept of employment to another level for us. This partnership has been very rewarding for the team and me.”

The event will take place at the Express Employment Professionals Santa Clarita office, located at 28111 Avenue Stanford, Valencia 91355.
