The big reveal of the week was the artist lineup for the 10th annual season at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons. Among the 2014-2015 headliners – Dave Mason of Traffic, Arlo Guthrie, Mavis Staples, LeAnn Rimes and Bobby McFerrin. Tickets go on sale Monday, July 7, at 10 a.m. You can get them online, by phone, or in person at the PAC box office. Call 661-362-5304 or visit canyonspac.com.

On Friday night, don’t miss SCVTV “House Blend” star Lori Andrews and her JazHarp Quartet. They’re headlining this week’s Valencia Jazz & Blues Concert on Town Center Drive at McBean Parkway outside the Hyatt Valencia. The quartet also features Bart Samolis, Mark Hollingsworth and Kurt Walther. Showtime is 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and it’s free.

Speaking of SCVTV’s “House Blend,” don’t miss the premiere telecast of our special edition featuring All Strings Attached. The all-acoustic, five-member Shemanski family band from Leona Valley delivers four bluegrass classics and some tasty high-lonesome three- and five-part harmonies.
