[KHTS] – Three cross country teams from the Foothill Leaguewon their races at the Mt. San Antonio College over the weekend.
The Hart boys won their Division 2 race in 1 hour, 23 minutes, 28.00 seconds. Nick Liebmann was the top finisher for Hart in second place in 15 minutes, 57.7 seconds.
The West Ranch boys won their Division 2 race in 1 hour, 19 minutes, 58.80 seconds and set a school record on the course.
Tucker Welker from West Ranch won the race in 15 minutes, 22.7 seconds.
The Golden Valley girls won their Division 2 race in 1 hour, 40 minutes, 51.40 seconds.
Samy Lopez from Canyon won her Division 2 race in 19 minutes, 3.6 seconds.
In high school football, Hart and Valencia are ranked in the top 10 of the CIF Southern Section West Valley Division.
Hart dropped to No. 8 after beating Golden Valley, 38-24.
Valencia is ranked No. 9 after shutting out West Ranch, 41-0.
Upland is ranked No. 1 in the West Valley Division.
The Trinty Classical Academy football team is ranked No. 1 for the second week in a row in the CIF Southern Section Division 2 8-man poll. Trinity shut out Animo Leadership, 62-0, and won its seventh game in a row.
In high school tennis, the Valencia girls are ranked No. 1 in the CIF Southern Section Division 2 poll. The Hart girls are ranked No. 3 in Division 2.
