Wood Ranch BBQ
Wood Ranch provides a stylish, American dining environment showcasing large comfortable booths and tables, natural slate flooring and warm wood tones. Many of our barbecue items are prepared using our unique two-step cooking process or in state-of-the-art smokers. We slow roast overnight the baby back ribs, tri tip roasts, chickens and prime rib. Then, we gill and sauce them to order over a mesquite fire. This produces what our guests and critics consider to be Southern California’s best barbecue.
