“Oh, the places you’ll go” when you delve into a classic Dr. Seuss book. Join the Santa Clarita Public Library in celebration of national Read Across America Day as your favorite library branch brings to life the stories of one of the world’s most beloved children’s authors, Theodore Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss.
In honor of Dr. Seuss’ acclaimed work, each location will feature a series of activities designed to inspire imagination, creativity and curiosity, as well as select readings of his famous books The Lorax, Horton Hears A Who, The Cat in the Hat, and many more.
Dr. Seuss themed activities and story times will be hosted at all three library branches as follows:
* Canyon Country on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
