The Buckaroo Book Shop will be set up inside Pardee House at Heritage Junction.
Vintage book enthusiasts will have two places to get Western books at the 2015 Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival this weekend.
OutWest Boutique and Cultural Center, along with the Santa Clarita Historical Society, will host a Buckaroo Book Shop inside the Pardee House at Heritage Junction on April 18 and April 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“There will be about 20 authors, some local and some from across the U.S., who all write Western fiction and nonfiction,” said Jim Bell, co-owner of OutWest Boutique. “We have probably about 700 to 800 books in total.”
In addition to selling books, there will be Western authors, poets, songwriters and storytellers in attendance to discuss their work.
“It’s going to be a lot of fun, and there’s a great bargain this weekend. We have books that are normally priced at $75, and this weekend only everything is 50 percent off, so prices will start at around $3,” Bell said.
Amazing book deals will be available from the Hart Park gift shop this weekend.

The Hart Park Book Shop will also be open during the festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the old gift store next to the animal pens at Hart Park.
The bookstore offers more than 1,000 paperback Western novels, all priced under $5.
Ranging from suspense to gardening, most of the collector books dating back to the 1950s will be priced around 50 cents.
In addition to the already low prices, the “close out” merchandise will also be offered at an even bigger discount, said shop manager Becki Basham.
