Streets will undergo phase two and/or three of the overlay process, which is grinding and paving.

I like that this is being done but they seem to be biting off more than they can chew at one time. Our street no parking signs have been changed 4 times now and the still are not done resulting in us having to park 3 blocks away 5 days so far.
