Terrible journalism
Thank you
This is just so very sad…
Disgusting girl
Well that’s too bad. That means her parents got her a good lawyer.
Scv kids are spoild
Spoiled or not you should not be able to get away with murder. But yes I agree
This page is such a joke when it comes to tragic reports. For multiple years now. Horrible journalism
Your going to hell!! How do you live with yourself??
I grew up with Katie, and even though I hadn’t kept in close contact with her through the years I know the vitriol in this thread would disappoint her. She was as, if not more, profoundly good as any news outlet had reported. Be kind in your judgement. Even Jacob has stated on record that he forgives the driver. She will receive legalconsequences, but a collective hate is unwarranted.
If you want to direct hate in some direction, don’t do it in Katie’s name or on her behalf. That isn’t who she was.
Her parents should be ashamed of them self and they’re daughter. She murdered an innocent women and mother. Just give her the lethal injection already
Lethal Injection vs. Lip Injections! Where’s her orange jumpsuit?
I have to hide this post, I can’t even look at her face.
Just how many years and tax dollars will be wasted before she is sentenced for the murder she committed?!? ….or, will it be like the illegal who was just found innocent in Kate Steinli’s murder?!!!
Disgusting
Lock her up for 30 yrs that will give her time to think
Fry Her
I say lock her up 2 years for each kid that is affected by her and then 2 more for the killing
Matt you want to shave off 4 years ? she’s looking at 18 but you want her to serve 14yrs.
So 14 years?
Maybe less with good behaviour
I’m sure she is vary sorry
But a life can never be returned
Could be 9 years served with possible chance probation my homeboy Mark killed 4 drunk driving and got 6 years but was given 8 and 3 years probation
He got a year & half for each life taken
Jan Peterson Cornett compares this girl to an illegal based on her nationality lol your a piece of work
How about she has a trial before you all decide to give her the death penalty?
I have raised 4 kids and kids do stupid things. Leave the parents alone they are in pain too.
These kids will never again be held by their mom no matter what happened. Tragic.
She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. She’s a horribly selfish person…. just because you have a good Lawyer doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be held accountable.
First off, this is such a tragic and senseless death of a young mother; all my thoughts and prayers to her loved ones. Understandably, the community has also been affected by this tragedy. However, the calls for “frying” or “executing” the defendant Cina, and the speculation of the length of her sentence are equally appalling. Let’s all take a step back, let her have her day in court and let justice prevail. If the facts as stated in the story bear out in court, anyone determined to be driving with a BAC of .21 and causes the death of an innocent, will be held responsible.
This young woman made a tragic mistake and will pay the consequences in court. Her parents don’t have anything to do with this. Kids don’t always do what parents tell them in case you have lived under a rock and don’t know.
It is called Manslaughter not murder you trolls.
Sometimes parts of this town sound like they should have a mullet haircut and live in Florida. The amount of brains is on the same level as their compassion.
