Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch:
(1) Residential Burglary, (1) Shoplift, (1) Grand Theft, (2) Petty Theft and (1) GTA.
A residential burglary occurred near the 25200 block of The Old Road. An unknown suspect entered the victim’s hotel room and took money from a cigar box. There were no signs of forced entry into the room.
A petty theft/shoplift occurred near the 25400 block of The Old Road. Loss prevention personnel detained two suspects when they exited the store, failing to pay for several items. The suspects were subsequently arrested by responding deputies.
A grand theft occurred near the 27000 block of Henry Mayo Drive. An unknown suspect cut the lock off a security gate and entered the yard, taking several wheels and tires. The suspect(s) also took two portable stair ramps. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station Detectives.
A petty theft occurred near the 25900 block of The Old Road. The victim left his bicycle outside of the location for a short time. When he returned to check on the bike, it was gone.
A GTA occurred near the 25300 block of The Old Road. A 2007 Yamaha motorcycle was taken from the parking garage.
