The Canyon Theatre Guild is very excited for the incredible lineup of shows in store for this very special season.

The 2019-2020 Season will kick off our golden celebration of 50 years of performing live theatre throughout to the Santa Clarita Valley.

July – August 2019
Live the Dream again. This is the amazing musical story about faith and redemption.

August – September 2019
You have never seen a USO show like this. It’s a delightfully funny USO-style musical comedy show that pays tribute to the songs and heroes of WWII.

Baskervill: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery
September – October 2019
A highly-funny, fast-paced comedy about Sherlock Holmes’ greatest case! Sherlock Holmes must solve the mystery of “The Hound of the Baskervilles” before a family curse dooms its newest heir.

Peter and the Starcatcher
September – October 2019
The untold story about Peter Pan’s magical beginnings. From pirates on the high seas to dangers in the jungle, this swashbuckling adventure with more than 100 unforgettable characters accompanied by live musicians will charm people of all ages!

Miracle on 34th Street
November – December 2019
Santa Claus is on trial. Do you believe? Kris Kringle must prove to 6 year old Susan Walker, her mother, the state of New York, and the world that he is the real Santa Claus.

Matilda: The Musical
January – February 2020
Join Matilda on her adventure to change her school, her life, and the world… Matilda battles the evil Miss Trunchbull with her fellow class mates in this life-affirming, Tony award winning musical comedy.

Suite Surrender
March – April 2020
Two battling divas are accidentally booked in the same hotel suite and the real fun begins… This hysterical comedy farce has it all – Hollywood divas, hapless bell hops, scheming fans, mistaken identities, double entendres, and a lap dog named Mr. Boodles.

Pride & Prejudice
March – April 2020
This Jane Austen story is a period romantic comedy classic not to be missed! Mr. Bennet has five daughters that he needs to marry off. Mrs. Bennet would like them to marry for money. However, the daughters would like to marry for love. Comedy and romance ensue!

South Pacific
May – June 2020
The epic musical about love and war… This sweeping story, set in the Pacific Islands during WWII, shows that love and bravery can triumph over adversity and cowardice.

Knights of Improv & Comedy
