Trammell Crow Co., a leading developer and investor in commercial real estate, announces that Andrew Parker has joined the Company’s SoCal-Los Angeles Business Unit as a Development Manager. In this role, he will be working closely with the entire team on the vertical construction of a vast array of development projects in the Greater Los Angeles area.

With more than a decade of industry experience, Parker formerly served as a development manager with Equity Residential in Los Angeles where he was responsible for overseeing budgets, contracts, permitting and jurisdictional issues. He was part of the team that developed more than 900 multifamily units valued at $200 million. Prior to that, he was a project manager with Morley Builders in Santa Monica where he was involved in construction management, planning and logistics, interfacing with clients, consultants and city personnel. He worked on several mixed-use projects valued at more than $330 million. He has also held roles at Degenkolb Engineers and Safdie Rabines Architects.

Parker received his Bachelors of Science – Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
