Youth Arts Showcase
Assist with activity booths, set-up/clean-up and other duties as assigned. (Age 12 +)

Beautification/Clean-Up
Beautify a designated area of the City with staff. (Age 12 +)

Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival
Help with various festival activities. Various positions and shifts available. (Age 10+)
Saturday & Sunday, April 13-14, William S. Hart Park

Splash-&-Dash Egg Hunt
Help with event set-up, directing attendees, handing out prizes, clean-up. (Age 12+)
Saturday, April 13, Aquatic Center

Eggstravaganza: Egg Stuffing
Stuff plastic eggs with prizes in preparation for Eggstravaganza. (Age 10-14)
Tuesday, April 16, The Centre

Eggstravaganza: Event Helper
Assist with egg distribution, monitoring fields, prize distribution and clean-up. (Age 13 +)
Saturday, April 20, Central Park

Tween Clean-Up Day
Help clean up shelves, furniture, work stations, and organize materials for shelving. (Age 11-13)
Sundays, April 7, 14, and 28, 8:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m., Various Library Branches

Dia de Los Ninos
Assist with craft booths, crowd control, set-up and clean-up. (Ages 14+)
Saturday, April 27, Canyon Country Library

Earth Arbor Day
Plant trees, put tags on give-away trees, help with trees and mulch distribution. (Age 5+)

Ongoing Opportunities

Santa Clarita Libraries
Help with organizing materials and assisting with Homework Help. (Age 14+)
Various shifts available @ Old Town Newhall, JoAnne Darcy Canyon Country, and Valencia Libraries.

Canyon Country Community Center
Work with children ages 3-12. Help with homework, after-school programs, events, etc. (Age 14+)

Newhall Community Center
Work with children ages 5-12. Help with homework, games, activities, etc. (Age 14+)

Park Sierra Homework Help
Assist K-12 youth with homework, reading, and sports programs. (Age 14+)

Open Space and Trails Beautification Projects
Build, maintain and clean up trails at various Open Space properties. (Age 12+)
