10/03/16
Theft- 28200 block of Via Sonata
An unknown suspect stole a license plate off of the victim’s 2016 Mazda.
10/04/16
Attempted Residential Burglary- 28200 block of Forge Court
A suspect knocked on the front door of the victim’s home. The victim’s son opened the front door and the suspect pushed his way into the front entryway of the home. The victim yelled that she was going to call the police, and then the suspect ran from the location.

Petty Theft- 28400 block of Haskell Canyon
The victim left his wallet on a countertop inside the store. When he returned, an unknown person had turned his wallet into a store employee however his driver’s license and $80 in US currency was missing from the wallet.

Robbery- 22400 block of Oak Ridge Drive
An unknown suspect jumped out of the bushes near a parking area at the above listed location. The suspect quickly approached the victim and grabbed the victim’s purse.The suspect slammed the victim’s face against a wall at which time the suspect ran off with the victim’s purse.

Vehicle Burglaries- Heller Circle area
An unknown suspect shattered the victim’s passenger window to gain entry to the vehicle. The suspect stole several hundred dollars’ worth of tools that were inside of the truck. There was a second incident reported nearby in which the passenger window was also shattered and tools were taken from the interior of the vehicle.
When parking your vehicle, please remove all valuable items from view in your car. If you leave items out in your vehicle you become an easy target for criminals.

Why no mention of the homicide that occurred on 10/3 in Saugus?
