Castaic and Val Verde, Zone 2Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information
Snapshot for 3/9/2014-3/15/2015
The following crime were reported in Zone 2, Castaic/Val Verde.
A vehicle was reported stolen from the 27000 block of Camino Del Lago. The vehicle is a black, four door, 2013 Nissan Altima, license number 6ZWS184. The vehicle was taken between Friday night and Saturday morning.
A theft was reported from the 27000 block of Primrose Lane. The victim reported her purse, wallet and California driver’s license taken from inside her unlocked vehicle while parked in her driveway.
A theft was reported from the 27000 block of Stageline Road. The victim reported miscellaneous items taken from his unlocked vehicle.
Please remember to never leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle, close and lock your doors. Minimize your risk and avoid being the victim of a crime of opportunity. If you see any suspicious activity, call the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at (661) 255-1121 or 9-1-1 in an emergency.
