Calendars at the ready: the Valencia Jazz & Blues concert series lineup has officially been announced and is bringing jazz and blues artists every Friday evening until August 5.

This year’s series, set to begin Friday, June 17, will run for 8 weeks through August 5. Hours for the concerts will be 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM. The events will take place on Town Center Drive at McBean Parkway, in the street outside the Hyatt Regency Valencia.

The exciting schedule of artists appearing is as follows:

June 17 – Teresa James & the Rhythm Tramps

June 24 – Tom Nolan Band (CD Release Party!)

July 1 – Susie Hansen Latin Band

July 8 – Michael John & the Bottom Line

July 15 – Delgado Brothers

July 22 – Doña Oxford

July 29 – Jim Gibson

August 5 – Kelly’s Lot (featuring French blues artist Jeff Toto Blues)

In addition to the extraordinary sounds offered from some of the top Jazz and Blues recording artist in the world, the scheduled series will bring a variety of activities for the entire family as well as a variety of food and beverages, including wine and beer for the adults. No pets or outside food or beverages are allowed. Admission is free.

This will be the 17th year that the Valencia Jazz & Blues will feature regional, national and international entertainers in a family friendly, quaint street party setting offering activities for adults and children.
